Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using tutorials.michaelmackin.com or purchasing any product. By accessing the site or completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase.

1. About us

This site is operated by Michael Mackin (ABN available on request), based in South Australia, Australia. Contact: tutorials@michaelmackin.com

2. Products and services

We sell digital educational products, including the Claude Code Playbook (a downloadable PDF guide). We also provide free educational content and a free cheat sheet available via email sign-up.

3. Orders and payment

All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our authorised payment processor. By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• All payment information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You authorise Lemon Squeezy to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already completed.

4. Digital delivery

Purchased products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment you will receive a download link via email, typically within a few minutes. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, contact us at tutorials@michaelmackin.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Refund policy

Because our products are digital and are made available immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have a valid issue with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date and we will review your request in good faith.

Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded by this clause. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Licence for purchased products

Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to download and use the product for your own personal or commercial purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the product to third parties.
• Share download links publicly.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding within the product.

7. Free content and email list

By submitting your email address you agree to receive the Claude Code Cheat Sheet and occasional tutorial update emails. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We will not send spam or sell your address to third parties.

8. Intellectual property

All written content, designs, code, and materials on this site and within our products are owned by Michael Mackin unless otherwise stated. Claude Code is a product of Anthropic — this site and its products are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

All content and products are provided for educational purposes only on an “as is” basis. No warranty is made as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results described in the content are illustrative and not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Mackin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, any free or paid content, or inability to access your purchased product. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

11. Third-party services

This site integrates with third-party services including Lemon Squeezy, HubSpot, Resend, TikTok, and Upstash. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of those services.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
